Josiah's 5th Soccer Game!

Today was Josiah's 5th Soccer Game!

His team played really hard today.

In the end, however, they came up short.  They lost 4 to 2.  They still played great!

Family Date Night!

Josiah in on Fall Break this week & tonight was Family Date Night!

With gift cards I got for my birthday, we were able to go to the movies to see "Dolphin Tale 2"

& have dinner together at Red Robin.

After dinner, we came home to have a glow in the dark sword fight in our front yard.

The boys thought this was super cool!!!

As you can tell, they really got into it!

Dustin & I love these two sweet little boys more than anything in this world.

We are so thankful for moments like this!

What a fun Family Date Night!

Chores!

Josiah has started earning an allowance this school year by doing chores around the house.  He gets paid at the end of the week if he completes all of the chores & if he has a cheerful attitude while doing them.  He's done so great with this so far!!!

Our favorite chore by far is that Josiah makes lunch for everyone in the family every Saturday.  It has been so nice to just keep doing whatever I'm doing around the house while he goes into the kitchen & takes care of every part of the meal.  I'm loving these chores!

Get Well Soon, Ethan!

We have such great friends & family.

Ethan has been showered with love since he broke his wrist.

His best friend, Ben, & his Dad, Brad, brought over a cookie cake.

Kim Miller brought over a Bubble Leaf & Lawn Blower.

Papa & Meme Lee sent $5 every week Ethan had his cast on.

Ethan took his money to Target to buy some Matchbox cars.

Even though he's broken, he's a happy fella!  Get Well Soon, Ethan!

Walk 2 School Day!

Today was Knox County Schools' Annual Walk 2 School Day!

Josiah got up bright & early to meet his classmates & teachers at one of the entrances to our subdivision.  They walked to school together from there, carrying their banner.  Josiah always enjoys Walk 2 School Day!

Today was a Great Day!

Today is my 37th Birthday!

Today was a special day because

I was surrounded by the people I love!

Once we were all together after work & school, we went to Outback for dinner.

After dinner, we went back to our house to celebrate with gifts.

I am so blessed to have so many friends & family who love me!  Thanks guys!

My boys are so precious!  They insisted on making my birthday cards.

They were absolutely precious!

My husband even joined in a made one for me, too.

Dustin & Josiah made my birthday cake.  Josiah & Ethan helped me blow out the candles!

Mmmm....the devil's food birthday cake was absolutely delicious!!!

Today was a great day!

At the Mall Today!

Today is my 37th Birthday!  Josiah had school & Dustin had to work.  So, Granddaddy, Grandma, Ethan & myself decided to go to the mall for lunch, to walk around & window shop.  Dustin also decided to meet us there for lunch.  That was a nice surprise!

After lunch, we walked around the mall.  Ethan always loves seeing the fountains.  This time, however, Granddaddy made it even more exciting.  He gave Ethan some money to throw into the fountain.  Ethan thought that was the coolest thing.

Ethan also got to ride on the carousel.  He rode in a boat & on a train.  He loved every second of it & wanted to ride more.  It was so nice to just hang out at the mall today!

Today was Josiah's 4th Soccer Game!

He especially loved it to because Granddaddy & Grandma came.

Josiah did great today & loved every minute of his game.

His team, Holy Guacamole, won 4 to 0!  Yay! 

Granddaddy & Grandma Visit!

Granddaddy & Grandma arrived today for a visit.

They came with gifts for the boys.  Josiah got a Lego set from The Lego Movie.

Ethan got a couple of Cars from the "Cars" movie & an airplane from "Planes."

These two love it when Granddaddy & Grandma visit!
